Marathon Runner, Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness (Brixton) and fitness coach at Kings College Hospital Rugby Club.

I help the 9-5 person restore their strength and athleticism, whilst looking good as a bi-product. I dont do rapid transformations.

I have running strength classes at Anytime Fitness, focused on reducing injuries and building up specific running strength.
